In this case, it will be best to contact the support team of the application and provide them your feedback about restoring the application in Microsoft Store. The developer and the support team of the application can decide whether they’ll publish the application again.
Another me-too. I just re-installed because Windows 10 crapped itself and now I can’t use Instapic, which means to post to IG from the desktop I have to install Andyroid or some other convoluted emulator, because the native Instagram app is garbage.

How satisfied are you with this reply? Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. Instapic developers abandoned it long time ago. Recent updates to instagram servers broke Instapic completely and that is the reason it was removed from microsoft store.
