HP Envy worked well on Windows 8. I was upgraded automatically to Windows 10 and now the printer doesn’t work. I have tried downloading the HP Software update for Windows 10 and have followed the Troubleshooting programme supplied by HP but no success. I have read comments that suggest that it is not possible to network an Envy to a PC operating Windows Surely this can’t be correct.
