After inserting your First Page Header, set the header margin to 0″ and the top margin to a small amount. You may need to add some Spacing Before to the First Page Header so that it will print and some Spacing After so that it doesn’t run into the document body. Alternatively, if you’re working with a wallet-sized card that has only two sides pages , then you could omit the First Page Header entirely and just type the text at the top of the first page, having set the top margin to a small amount.

If you are positive there are no errors in your uploaded document, contact KDP and they can manually override the error message and make the “Approve” button available. The problem may be the pdf settings in Word if they’re optimized for web display rather than print the default.
