I can only suggest now that you reset the Store and try again. Go to Apps and Features, search for Store and select the entry. Select Advanced option and scroll down to Reset. Once complete open the Store make sure there is not a Store update waiting to update, if you don’t see a number at the top right of the Store then select See more the 3 dots then Downloads and updates.
