Other than as set forth in the preceding sentence, a person or entity who is not a party to this Agreement shall not have any right to enforce any term of this Agreement.

No failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver of any such or any other right or remedy. The language of this Agreement shall not be construed strictly for or against either party, regardless of who drafted such language or was principally responsible for drafting it. The rights and obligations under this Agreement are not assignable by you, and any attempted assignment shall be void and without effect.

If you are a natural person who resides in a country in the European Union, the laws of the member state in which you are a resident shall apply to this Agreement and any disputes potentially arising in connection thereto. The courts of the member state in which you reside shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Residents of countries in the European Union may also bring any such dispute before a local consumer dispute resolution body, if any such body is constituted under the laws of the country in which you reside.

Otherwise if you are located in Europe and are not a natural person, the laws of the United Kingdom shall apply to all matters arising from or relating to this Agreement without reference to its choice of law provisions and all disputes related thereto are dealt exclusively by the competent courts of the United Kingdom.

Both Belkin and you acknowledge that i this Agreement is concluded between Belkin and you only, and not with Apple, Inc. She said the changes in the unit between the two dates is minimal, but I am still not happy about purchasing a two year old unit.

The documentation for the unit is terrible, and it comes with a CD what new computer has a CD? I don’t have one. The good news is that you can figure out the IP address of the unit and modify the settings by going directly to the setup via IP address. I had to modify the setting because security was disabled. The units are up and running and seem to work very good.

What this device permits is setting up a powerline network, so you have an ethernet cable hardline connection to another device. There are many of these on the market From a practical standpoint this means the wifi hotspot and router from my ISP is on one side of the house. On the east side of teh house? On the west side And as a result, I’ve got excellent wired and wireless coverage throughout the house.

Need to drop a new “line” for a hardline connection? East enough to pair up to this device with another PLK adapter. Not many. This is the 3rd powerline adapter I’ve had. The only negative was it did take an online “chat” to find out how to log into the router and change the system password.

Quite easy to setup. I used the web interface rather than the software. I have both the AV2 and AV. They work together just fine. I think some of the more negative reviews may be a result of miss-linking on amazon. The faster of the two units which you should attach if you have a gigabyte router is the AV2. When I click on “4 port” I get the true but it’s 1 port, not 4. I had to go to the Linksys site to know for sure which I wanted connected directly to the router.

You only need PLWK if you want to extend wireless. Just fine for my TV and printer. The wireless is 2. I set it to channel 11 and now have much less signal overlap on my network. DL and UL speeds are equal to my 5Ghz access.

A great product for extending Wifi. Based on other reviews, I chose to go with an all Linksys arrangement. I have the Linksys EA router and the signal didn’t reach the far end of my 2, sq ft house. I tried the RE but had limited success. These work much better! Plug the PLE into an electrical outlet near your router and connect the two using the enclosed Cat 5e cable.

The enclosed Cd was confusing and a waste of time. I read that these had to be on the same electrical circuit but mine are not and they work just fine. Connectivity is rock-solid and it took about 5 minutes to set up a new secure network.

Smart devices in the home easily jump between this network and the old one in different wings of the residence. Linksys is a company I trust because my Linksys router has been working non-stop for 8 years without a single problem.
