When you receive an email from someone in your organization requesting a meeting, you can schedule that meeting directly from the email. This App is turned on by default. The Suggested Meetings App in Outlook Web App will highlight the section it thinks might pertain to a meeting and will turn it into a clickable link. You can now schedule the event as you normally would. The sender of the invitation will automatically be added as an Attendee to the meeting. This will also send the event to the person who suggested the meeting.
